Experience AV Named 2011 Electronic House Home of the Year Winner
Montrose, CO - May 2, 2011 – Electronic House magazine today announced that Experience AV has won the 2011 Electronic House Home of the Year Award. The Electronic House editorial team picked the winning entries, which featured fantastic audio, video, lighting and automation systems, and ultimately awarded 32 winning installations in 12 categories. The winning entries were selected based upon technological innovation, creative solutions to challenges, and design elements and will be showcased in the May/June and July/August issues of Electronic House magazine and on http://www.electronichouse.com/article/film_fest.

As you sit in a luxury leather chair and use the iPad controller to browse the movie library, the lights slowly dim once you make a selection and the extra-large star field opens the ceiling of this basement room to create a wonderful illusion of space as the 2.35:1 cinema scope screen displays movies as they were meant to be seen. As additional family members come in, the floor lighting subtly illuminates to guide them to their seats in order to preserve the movie theater environment. It’s just a stunning room to be in a high end rental.”
